Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Are you a mature Christian individual with a heart to provide support, care, direct consultation and spiritual guidance to A&D residents and alumni? Do you have strong interpersonal skills, intermediate level computer skills, as well as knowledge and experience related to addiction and mental health issues?
The Case Manager, A&D, will focus on helping residents/alumni acquire needed resources, support them as they move though the recovery continuum, and reinforces treatment goals, in order for them to transition well in to the community. This may include making referrals for housing, clothing, shelter, and recovery as dictated by the needs of their individual Recovery Management Plan.
You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
