Temporary, Short-Term (2 month)
Location: New Westminster
Starting wage: $34.83 per hour (20-25 hours per week)
Term: March 17, 2025 – May 2, 2025

Homelessness Services Association of BC (HSABC) is an umbrella organization of shelters, drop-in centres, homeless outreach teams, and other service providers addressing the needs of persons experiencing homelessness with the goal of ending homelessness.

The Job Summary
We are hiring two Temporary Data Entry Clerks to assist with the data entry process for BC Provincial and Greater Vancouver Homeless Counts. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely entry of information into our systems while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
This is an on-site role requiring you to work from our office in New Westminster, BC. While your work must be completed during our regular office hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we offer flexibility in how you schedule your hours within this timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data into provided spreadsheets.
• Verify and cross-reference information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst Lead and Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
