Job Description / Duties
The Opportunity
Would you like to be in a key operational position that includes cleaning the dishes and cookware and some Shipping & Receiving? Would you like to be part of an organization that helps make positive changes in the lives of the marginalized?
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Dishwasher is responsible for running the dishwashing pit in the Hastings kitchen and works with a kitchen team that feeds the community we serve. You may encounter Community members in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
This is a permanent part time position, 59.5 hours bi-weekly. The wage for this position is $17.73 per hour. For a copy of the full job description, visit our website.
