Marsha Goldford MPA, CPHR (retired) is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with 15+ years in management of non-profit housing and residential tenancy programs and over 30 years as a senior level HR and training practitioner. Over the course of her career, she has worked for non-profit housing providers as a Director of Operations, managed landlord-tenant programs and in the latter half of her working life, served in Director roles in Human Resources and Staff Training & Development primarily in the Community Living sector.

Marsha has a Master’s in Public Administration from Queen’s University, a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Western Ontario, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University. She is the founder and CEO of The Wisdom Group, a consortium of independent consultants providing expertise and support in administration to non-profits in BC.
