Finding Peace: A Mindful Based Stress Reduction Course

This course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. It will be offered over 8 weeks and is facilitated by Amanda Thiessen, MA, RSW. Each week will include a take-home component for you to play with over the course of the week as it is available to you. This course will help you to cultivate and hone the practical skills to find calm in any moment within yourself.
