Job Description / Duties

Are you a mature Christian who models Christ in word and deed? Are you passionate about walking alongside women and their infant children, and caring well for those who do the same? Do you have strong teamwork and leadership skills to partner with the rest of the Sanctuary Supervisory Team in collaborative problem-solving? Well that’s precisely what the Care Team Coordinator does. You will use your strong interpersonal and supervisory skills to oversee the Sanctuary Shift Supervisors and the care of the Sanctuary residents. Working closely with the Program Team as well as the Administrator, you will provide direction to the day-to-day practical functions of the daily schedules and needs of the residents. You will also provide pastoral care and leadership to all permanent Care Team members. If you have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, 2-3 years of related work experience, including exceptional administration and communication expertise, and a class 5 driver’s license this could be a great fit!

You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
