In HSABC's Webinar, Effective Document and Report Writing, we cover how to write clear, concise, and effective documents and reports commonly found within the human/homelessness services field. This includes plain language writing, structure and format, and things to consider in crafting communications. Through this webinar, you will gain a strengthened ability to create and respond to workplace communication and feel confident in knowing that communication is healthy, appropriate, and effective.

Instructor/s Bio/s: Peter Fedos

Peter Fedos has worked in co-ed emergency residential services for 35 years, starting in 1984, his career has spanned from Canada and Australia and includes experience working with hours-old infants, teens, as well as seniors and a range of others. His experience within emergency residential services ranges from frontline shelter work to program supervision and management. In addition, he's managed outreach teams in both BC and Australia. Peter has a Bachelor of Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) and a combined Master of Adult Education and Community Development from St Francis Xavier University (STFX).
