HSABC Webinar: Problem Solving in A Pandemic: Check-In for Frontline Workers with Corey Ranger.

May 26, 2020, 10:00 - 11:30 AM

Join Corey Ranger, a registered nurse and public health educator, for an interactive opportunity to discuss emerging trends and issues related to the intersections of COVID19 and homelessness. Following a brief recap of the virus and update on recommendations, attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences and challenges with Corey and identify possible solutions in the spirit of collaboration.

Corey works both on the frontlines of homeless encampments and temporary hotel shelters, while simultaneously playing active roles on the Victoria Inner City COVID Response (VICCR) team and in a variety of planning/response committees. The challenges of this complex crisis require creativity and critical thinking--while not every problem can be solved, there are always opportunities to improve approaches and outcomes for the people most impacted by COVID19 and homelessness dual crises.
