Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Are you a committed Christian with a desire to showcase your exemplary organizational and multi-tasking skills? Are you capable of juggling several tasks and work well under pressure? Do you value and excel at collaborative teamwork, inspirational leadership, and highly effective communication? If so, you would probably really enjoy working with us in this role.
In this position, you will be responsible for balancing a multitude of responsibilities while providing support to the Manager, Volunteer Resources and our wonderful Volunteer Resources team. The VR team seeks to find creative and effective ways to recruit and engage with volunteers who support the challenging work we do in the communities we serve. You will be tasked with facilitating group and guest opportunities and activities. Additionally, you will assist with organizing and maintaining volunteer and practicum student files, schedules, and statistics within our internal office systems. If you have previous administrative support, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and flourish within a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect fit!
You may meet clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
