Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Are you a mature Christian who models Christ in word and deed? Are you passionate about walking alongside women and their infant children, and caring well for those who do the same? In this positions, you will use your strong interpersonal and supervisory skills to oversee the Sanctuary Shift Supervisors and the care of the Sanctuary program participants. Working closely with the supportive recovery team, as well as the Operations & Administration Supervisor, you will provide direction to the practical functions of the daily schedules and needs of the program participants. You will also provide pastoral care and leadership to all permanent Care Team members. If you have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, 2-3 years of related work experience, including exceptional administration and communication expertise, and a class 5 driver’s license this could be a great fit!
