Job Description / Duties
As Program Manager of our adult supportive housing program, you will be responsible for managing a 46 unit residence called The Junction. The Junction provides 24/7 staffing for adults ages 19+ who are experiencing chronic homelessness. This position includes a comprehensive 100% employer-paid benefit package, enrolment in our defined-benefit pension, the Municipal Pension Plan, and starts at four weeks of paid vacation. The schedule is variable, typically Monday to Friday and will include some evenings and weekends, 35 hours per week.
