Job Description / Duties

Are you a visionary and strategic leader with experience developing and overseeing programs, facilities, and staff that serve women and their children? Are you passionate about modeling and providing a Christ-like climate of grace, alongside a women-centred and trauma-informed practice, for both community members and staff? If this sounds like you, you may be just the person we are looking for. You will oversee between 80-90 staff in five sub-branches in two facilities, developing program philosophy and praxis, as well as empowering and growing the management team. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team in providing input and direction to strategy, policy, and operating issues to UGM as a whole. You will use your related post-secondary education, your five plus years of experience in a senior position, and your extensive knowledge of working in a socially diverse community to develop excellent program delivery that is respected and emulated in the local Social Service sector. If you have proven operating plan development and project management skills, superior Emotional Intelligence competencies, and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
