Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Are you a mature Christian who models empathy and compassion? Are you passionate about walking alongside women, and their infant children, helping them plan their next steps and connecting them to appropriate community resources? Do you have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to partner with the residents and other staff team members in collaborative and creative problem-solving? Well that’s precisely what the Case Manager does. You will use your excellent network-building skills to advocate on the behalf of Sanctuary residents with government agencies and external service providers. Working closely with the Program and Care Teams, you will apply your firm professional boundaries to provide support, care, direct consultation, and spiritual direction to residents. You will also be self-motivated to assist residents to establish goals and monitor their progress, with an ability to be resolute when necessary.

If you have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, 2-3 years of related work experience, including extensive knowledge and experience of issues related to addiction and recovery, and possess solid administrative and communication expertise, this could be a great fit!
