Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Do you enjoy working with people, helping to streamline processes, and communicating effectively and efficiently? Are you detailed-oriented and have a knack for planning and organizing that others find impressive? Do you find that you are tenacious—working diligently until a job is completed—and also passionate about providing excellent and timely service to your teammates? If so, this role might be a great fit! You will use your unique combination of organizational and teamwork skills to work closely with the entire People & Culture team, providing superior administrative service, and also recommending and implementing changes for improving processes. If you have related post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources, previous experience in an office environment, and possess advanced computer/data entry skills, we want to hear from you!
You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
