Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Are you a committed Christian with a desire to use your extensive HR Generalist experience and your CPHR designation to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Are you passionate about cultivating and sustaining a healthy and engaging organizational culture by building strong and trusting relationships with all employees and managers? Do you value and excel at collaborative teamwork, inspirational leadership, and highly effective communication? If so, you would probably really enjoy working with us in this role.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for employees and management in a designated client group, providing guidance, advice, coaching, and support on a wide range of HR competencies. The HR team seeks to find creative and effective ways to support staff with the challenging work we do in the communities we serve. To that end, you will be encouraged to contribute your unique HR skill set in the coordination, development, and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and projects, including (but certainly not limited to) facilitating training and writing policy. If you have three or more years of HR generalist/advisor experience, including experience in giving quality advice and coaching to line managers; a track record of a proactive approach to customer service; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, this might be the perfect fit!
You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
