Job Description / Duties

The Opportunity
Do you have strong administrative and analytical skills? Do you have 1-3 years of administrative, organizational, customer relations, creative experience or experience in a related field? Then we may have the opportunity for you. We are looking for a Development Coordinator, Principal Giving to provide administrative and donor support for the Principal Giving, Corporate and Foundation teams.
You will be working alongside the Major Gift Officers in preparation of proposals, outcome reports, and grant applications through the gathering of program information, statistics, pictures, related stories, and will assist with mailings, e-blasts, power point presentations, scheduling donor meetings, running reports in Excel and our database etc.
You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
