 ience working in Harm Reduction, working with both Alberta Health Servic
 es and non-for-profit organizations. She is activist for human rights an
 d has dedicated her nursing practice to providing Sexual Health and Harm
  Reduction care to vulnerable populations. She has developed LGBTQ+ poli
 cies, procedures and documents within the school systems for Central Alb
 erta, including “A Guide to Navigating the Healthcare System for Trans
 gender Youth.” She played a founding role in the opening and developme
 nt of the first Sexual Health clinic, providing health services to Maskw
 acis, Treaty 6. Hailey has experience with program development, online a
 nd in-person education and training, capacity building and policy develo
 pment within both Sexual Health and Supervised Consumption. \n\n-------
