 g Sexual Health and Harm Reduction care to vulnerable populations. She h
 as developed LGBTQ+ policies, procedures and documents within the school
  systems for Central Alberta, including “A Guide to Navigating the Hea
 lthcare System for Transgender Youth.” She played a founding role in t
 he opening and development of the first Sexual Health clinic, providing 
 health services to Maskwacis, Treaty 6. Hailey has experience with progr
 am development, online and in-person education and training, capacity bu
 ilding and policy development within both Sexual Health and Supervised C
 onsumption.
