 erience of homelessness.\nHow Does It Feel is a two-hour workshop where 
 you can learn about trauma, complex PTSD (c-PTSD), and the nervous syste
 m from someone who has experienced homelessness. This unique workshop te
 aches somatic tools to regulate the nervous system and empowers you with
  the knowledge of how to help and support those living with trauma.\n\nY
 ou will leave our workshop with:\n\n1 - An understanding of what trauma 
 is and how it interacts with the nervous system\n\n2 - Knowledge of how 
 to support an individual struggling with complex-PTSD\n\n3 - Personal to
 ols to help yourself and others develop a resilient nervous system\n\nSe
 rafina is passionate about teaching others the things I wish service pro
 viders, the people around me and a past "me" knew while I was unhoused. 
 I am excited to be working with the Existence Project and the wider comm
 unity in developing and providing programming that gives people a unique
  understanding of the nervous system and trauma.
