 ssion, social justice, privilege, identity and allyship through a variet
 y of engaging activities. Through self-reflection, community- based inqu
 iry, lessons from history and collaborative problem solving, participant
 s gain the knowledge and skills to view the world through an anti-oppres
 sive lens.\n\nInstructor Becca Schwenk is a diversity and inclusion cons
 ultant, entrepreneur, communications aficionado, and creative chameleon.
  She is all about deep and meaningful analyses of injustice, and innovat
 ive-solution-concoction. Becca completed her bachelor’s degree at McGi
 ll University, where she majored in both Sociology and Gender, Sexuality
 , Feminism, and Social Justice studies. She has led within anti-oppressi
 ve support centres and fast-paced feminist startups, and she doesn’t i
 ntend to stop shaking up the status quo any time soon. Her background in
  both business and nonprofit sectors has given her a uniquely complex le
