In this webinar, Amanda will delve further into the details of the differences and similarities between harassment and bullying, legally speaking and the responsibilities that managers and supervisors have. 

We will look at specific steps to deal with these workplace occurrences from a management perspective. While all agencies have policies around these behaviours, this webinar will assist you in understanding the scope of how to deal with them from a management perspective as well as how to handle employees' concerns.

Instructor: Amanda Thiessen

Amanda Thiessen is a social worker, educator, and coach who works with human service organizations. Amanda believes creating just social change is intimately linked to inclusive, collaborative and empowered organizations. Amanda has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years. She is a certified organizational coach, holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology and a Master of Social Work degree in Leadership in Human Services. She is a registered social worker in the province of British Columbia, Canada.
