Webinar: Walking Alongside PWLLE: Staff Support Essentials

December 4, 2025, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Webinar Description:

Join us for an engaging 2-hour HSABC webinar created for both those working alongside Persons With Lived and Living Experience (PWLLE) and those who are PWLLE themselves. Together, we’ll explore the foundations of trauma-informed care through the lens of homelessness, substance use, and mental health, and unpack the unique strengths and challenges of peer support work. This session offers practical strategies to foster supportive, empowering environments, recognize and amplify the expertise of PWLLE, and support peer-led initiatives. Whether you’re bringing your own lived experience or supporting others in peer roles, you’ll leave with tools, insights, and confidence to strengthen relationships, build trust, and walk alongside peers with empathy and respect.
