 \nMarzieh Nezakat is the manager of the BC Settlement and Integration Se
 rvices (BCSIS) Program at MOSAIC which serves thousands of newcomers inc
 luding refugee claimants, Asylum Seekers, and individuals with temporary
  status in BC annually. She oversees the BC CHARMS Project, which is a o
 ne-of-a-kind, province-wide housing referral system for refugee claimant
 s and was the Co-Chair of the Multi-Agency Partnership (MAP BC) Housing
  Working Group for three years. She has worked for over ten years as a p
 assionate advocate in the field of refugee settlement, protection, and i
 ntegration in her home country, Iran, and in Canada. Marzieh is passiona
 te about supporting and empowering vulnerable populations through advoca
 cy, research, and awareness-raising.\n\nSara Rahnama- MOSAIC- Program Co
 ordinator\n\nAs a passionate community builder, Sara began her journey a
 s a settlement worker at MOSAIC. In supporting individuals from diverse 
 backgrounds with complex needs, she built a solid understanding of the f
 ield and eventually transitioned to the role of program coordinator. Cur
 rently, Sara supports the team in delivering services to communities and
  aiding newcomers in their settlement and integration journey
