 g front-line work: dealing with a difficult co-worker. We will offer tip
 s and tools for dealing with common conflict situations that arise with 
 other co-workers. We will also provide a unique strategy for changing ho
 w you see conflict situations, how you experience them and the approache
 s you take to resolve them. \n\n \n\nInstructor/s: Katherine Aubrey \
 n\nKatherine has over 20 years of experience working with people who hav
 e faced trauma, addictions, mental health issues and risk for homelessne
 ss. Her varied, frontline work experience ranges from in-reach prison wo
 rk, group therapy, parole supervision, child & youth care work and addic
 tions and mental health counselling. She has been an instructor with Hom
 elessness Services Association of BC (formerly Shelternet BC) for 14 yea
 rs. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Psychology and 
 a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Mental He
 alth Counselling.
