 duce vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue incidents within your organ
 ization.\n\nInstructor: Amanda Thiessen\n\nAmanda specializes in helping
  individuals and organizations manage workplace stresses and make positi
 ve changes.\n\nAs a ‘Stress Strategist,’ Amanda works with individua
 ls through the process of inquiry to support people in gaining clarity a
 nd finding solutions to challenges. She offers a range of workshops to o
 rganizations to facilitate the creation of safe, supportive, and positiv
 e work environments.\n\nHaving worked for over 15 years in the non-profi
 t world, she has firsthand knowledge of the kinds of experiences that ex
 emplify working in front-line capacities. Her experience includes workin
 g in addiction, victim services, mental health and developmental disabil
 ities.\n\nAlthough Amanda has a BA in Psychology, a Bachelors of Social 
 Work and a MA in Theology, her most significant accomplishments remain b
 eing a loving partner, a devoted mother, and a good friend.
