 y. This session also examines ways to manage the negative impact that co
 me with working in the social service field in order to take care of you

 s a social worker, educator, and coach who works with Human Service Or
 ganizations to help employees and cultures thrive. Amanda believes creat
 ing just social change is intimately linked to collaborative, effective 
 and empowered organizational systems, people and cultures. Amanda has wo
 rked in the charity sector for over 20 years. She is a certified organiz
 ational coach, holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology, and is a regis
 tered social worker in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Current
